We aim to make the whole ordering process as transparent as possible. When you order, you should immediately get an EMail from us confirming the details of your order. This will be attended to as soon as possible during the normal opening hours of our shop. Once stock has been allocated, you should receive a second EMail confirming allocation. If there is a problem satisfying your order then we attempt to get in touch with you by EMail or telephone. Unless you are collecting from the shop, you should get a third EMail when the order has been despatched.
