What is your returns policy?

If the goods have arrived damaged or are otherwise not in a fit state for sale, you must tell us within 5 days of their delivery. We will refund your postage costs and replace the goods or give a full refund to the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase. The goods should be returned using the most cost effective and appropriate means. We will tell you which courier to use to return the goods.

If you wish to return goods for any other reason, we will only accept their return if they are still in a saleable condition. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and request a returns number. We will refund the purchase price of the goods on their safe return to the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase. However, you will be responsible for the postage costs and their safe return. Any postage and packing costs are not refundable. You may wish to insure the goods with the courier, as we will not give you a refund for goods that are returned damaged in transit.
