Our website is fully integrated with our Stock Management and Point of Sale systems. Stock levels are shown in real time. Goods shown to be on order also accurately reflect the information on our Order Management System.

However, please be aware that what the system cannot tell you is whether or not someone else is also placing an order for the same toy or may even be about to purchase it in the shop. We therefore cannot guarantee availability until stock is allocated to your order.

In the event of you ordering goods that are out of stock or otherwise not available, we will contact you by phone or EMail to give you the option of back ordering the goods or cancelling or part shipping your order.
