Collect From Shop
As the name suggests, if you select this option, your order will be prepared and put aside ready for your collection. We normally hold goods for 48 hours for customer collection unless agreed otherwise.
Standard UK Delivery
Our Standard UK Delivery service is free of charge for orders over £10. Orders are despatched using either 2nd letter post or DHL depending on the size of the package. Most orders will be received within 3 to 4 working days.
Standard UK delivery is available throughout mainland UK. For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Nothern Ireland please see our 'What are your Delivery Charges' page.
Priority Delivery
Available Monday to Friday, orders received before midday will be despatched the same day using either 1st Class letter post (signed for) or DHL depending on the size of the package. Most orders will be received within 1-2 working days. Note that some larger items will not be despatched until the next weekday, as we cannot always arrange a pick up on the same day. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

Channel Islands
Regretably, courier services, including Parcel Force, now classify the Channel Islands as a European Destination and charge accordlingly. However, we do offer delivery to the Channel Islands as a flat rate premium service. Delivery time is typically advertised as 2 to 3 days.
International Delivery
We are now able to offer an International Delivery option. However, international shipping costs are dependent on both weight and volume and cannot be simply computed at the time of order or made available at a reasonable fixed price. Instead, and to offer you the best price for international shipping, non-UK customers are able to request a no obligation international shipping quote automatically through our website. If the price is acceptable then this may be converted into a firm order and paid for through our secure web server.
To request an international shipping quote, you should proceed as for a normal order and add selected goods to your shopping basket. At the checkout, only UK delivery options will be offered. However, at this point, these are for price guidance only. It is only after login that you have to make a final selection. Indeed, if your delivery address is to a non-UK destination, you will, once logged in, be automatically offered an international shipping quote.
Note that a non-UK resident can still specify a UK delivery address, in which case the normal delivery options are offered. The rule is that when creating or amending an account you should always give the address at which your credit/debit card is registered. However, when you order, you can then give a different delivery address.
To request an international shipping quote all you need to do is to select this option and click on the "Request Shipping Quotation" button at the bottom of the page. We will then allocate stock to your order and send you a fixed price quote for shipping by EMail. This EMail will include a link back to our website where you can review the quote and accept it or cancel the order. If you choose to accept the quote then you must also enter your payment details. We will then take payment and despatch the goods.
If you do not want to accept the quote, then please explicitly cancel the order as this makes the stock available to other purchasers as quickly as possible.
